Stepper Control without potentiometer.

Post by MForlong »

I am new to electronics and programming but I am excited about learning. I have been searching forums and googling but haven't been able to find a stepper control program that doesn't use a potentiometer. Can anyone link me a guide or point me in the right direction to get started?

What are you trying to do with the stepper? None of the stepper examples in our library use the potentiometer.

Thanks for your reply. I will look over those examples during lunch. I am trying to retrofit some old lab equipment using an arduino, TFT touchscreen, microstep driver and large stepper motor.
