Availability of 10-DOF IMU

Post by RickM_1 »

The Adafruit 10-DOF IMU Breakout - L3GD20H + LSM303 + BMP180 (PRODUCT ID: 1604) has been on back-order for quite some time. Do you have an estimated time frame when it might come off back-order. I'd like to make sure I can get it before burning the board it goes on. Thanks!

No ETA, sorry. Make sure you are signed up to be notified when they come back in stock though.

I just received a notification that this product was back in stock, but the page on the website says it has been discontinued. Which one is correct?

Is it really discontinued??? I just designed and burned a PCB that was going to use it! Very BANNED. Let me know if there is ANY way of getting one.

Any word on why it was discontinued and hasn't been replaced by another 10-dof?

Bosch stopped making the BMP180, and the replacement wasn't pin- or protocol-compatible.

We can only make boards with parts that exist.
