music maker generating fuzz/ static

Post by karxpava »

one of my music maker boards is generating static sounds. if I press on either side of the arduino it stops for a few seconds. I have no idea how to even begin trouble shooting this -- other than to test different boards...

I'm using an RFID reader on top of the music maker and an arduino Uno board. I had been experimenting with using a reed switch connected to the power source yesterday and everything had worked great before those experiments. It doesn't seem to matter whether I power via my laptop or via a battery connected to a power boost circuit.

I will test a different music maker board and a different Uno.
