STEMMA on #2077 proto shield

by ixoreus on Wed Jul 15, 2020 10:36 pm

Hi, I feel I am missing something obvious, but...

I want to have STEMMA and /or STEMMA QT connectors on the shield. I haven't seen any through hole connectors on 2.54mm centers (JST-PH = 2mm). All through hole JST-PH connectors are of course on 2mm centers.

I suppose I could solder in wires from a JST PH 4-Pin Socket (Adafruit #4045) or a JST-PH 4-pin plug (Adafruit #4029) to the shield.

Is there an easier or more elegant solution?

Yes, thank you Dave. I had seen the https://www.adafruit.com/product/4463. That seems the best option for me and STEMMA-QT. Is there something similar for plain STEMMA (JST-PH)?

Not that I saw in the Adafruit shop.

You might find something looking further afield.
