I am planning to work on a project and part of it is that I am using this sensor of yours:MyoWare™ Muscle Sensor (AT-04-001).

I am planning to connect it's output directly to a Bluetooth module or maybe ZigBee module and send the data wirelessly to a raspberry pi.  My question: Is it compatible with these modules:
XBee Arduino Shield
Bluetooth Arduino Shield
Data compatibility, baud rate,.. etc

Do you have any application notes on this topic?

Its a simple sensor so it must be compatible with Arduino, Pi etc, connect it to analog pin of your microcontroller and check it out on Serial Terminal in case of Arduino.
