Hello:
I Have a BME 280 that I wish to connect to a Xbee3. I have another xbee3 module that I want to interface with an Adafruit Feather M4 Express using SPI.
Am I correct in thinking that I may place the BME280 and the Xbee3 in a remote location and 'bridge' the SPI wirelessly to the M4 express?
I have not been able to find any examples for this.
I would just like to be assured that this is possible.

You have the right idea using two xbee modules to bridge the sensor to the controller.
Is Xbee a must for your application? We have quite a few guides on wireless over WiFi, BLE and LoRa packet radio.

I just have a couple of Xbee 3's that I am playing with and am having some trouble following the existing docs. Do you have or know of some basic connections that will do what I want?

@spoggles,
What are the product numbers from our store of your Xbee modules?
