Text on a "TimesSquare" watch face

Post by centralHarlem »

I wrote a bit of Python that displayed a word clock on an LED matrix attached to Raspberry Pi Zero. It tells time by writing out "seven 'clock", "a quarter to two", "nine eighteen", or whatever.

I would love to get this code, or its equivalent, running on the TimeSquare watch. I find myself stymied in part by the way that numbers have been encoded for use on the screen. Has the rest of the alphabet been similarly encoded someplace I can copy, or could somebody explain how this number code was generated so that I could try to use the same method in producing letters myself?

Thanks.
