PiRTC DS3231 Clock Pinout

Hi. I'm making a laptop using my Raspberry Pi 4 and other parts, including this RTC Clock. The thing is that I'm running Windows, so I'll have to code the drivers myself. I don't think it'll be much of a problem, but I'm missing some information. I need to know what data is being sent to GPIO Pins 2 & 3. (SDA & SCL). Can I get any information on this?
