GPS CLOCK 7 SEGMENT LED DISPLAY: Notice ?

Post by JackyNiew »

Hello,

Sorry for my bad English. ;)

I just take a flop with the following mounting, following the amendment of the Library for the display Adafruit "Adafruit 1.2" 4-Digit 7-Segment Display w / I2C Backpack. "The Python code is no longer suitable. and I am not able to change the Python code.
Link assembly with a Raspberry pi .:

As I absolutely realize a montage that works, I found it with an Arduino UNO:

But before ordering materials, I would like you to confirm that with this assembly I will not have problems with the Library or other Incompatibility ...

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,
Jacky

The Arduino project will work. There are no library issues.

Are you using a Raspberry Pi 3? They changed the serial port on those, which broke a lot of programs that relied on the serial port.

YES! This works a lot with patches on the codes.
Your colleagues could have prevented me that a solution had been found to my problem.
My last post on the subject dated 28 October ... The day corrections were applied: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=55788&start=15

Thank you for these corrections indicated on the Library.

Best regards,
Jacky
