Ice Tube Clock Died

Post by mirskym »

Hi, my Ice Tube clock failed after working a number of years just fine. The display just went blank.

I checked the forums and see in viewtopic.php?f=41&t=128257 that others had the same problem and the fix was to replace the Q3 PN2907A (which is also in mine) to a P-FET ZVP2110A. You say in the thread that you would send a replacement.

I emailed support and they asked me to start a new post.

Please mail the replacement to me, appreciate it very much and keep up the good work!

Michael

Unfortunately, the Ice-tube was discontinued a few years ago due to the increasing rarity of the tubes. And we do not stock the ZVP2110A replacements anymore. You should be able to find one at Mouser or DigiKey.
