There are a lot of people on these forums who could probably help, but without a detailed description of the problem you're having, it's going to be impossible for anyone to help you.

If you're unsure of where to start, (1) post photos of your build, (2) describe any errors that might happen during programming, (3) describe any deviations you needed to take from the Adafruit tutorial, (4) describe where you're having trouble and the problem in detail.
