FLORA NeoGeo Watch Glue Suggestion

by jasonpointer on Fri Jun 13, 2014 4:25 pm

I have got the FLORA NeoGeo Watch all built and working,
I'm up to the stage of adding the fabric strips onto the Flora, however i don't have any E6000 glue.

My question is will it be ok to use epoxy glue as i have plenty of it?

The watch will go onto the labyrinth strap very similar to the one show on the learn pages.

Thanks in advance,

Jp

epoxy could work, but it's not flexible, so the bond could eventually fail. Silicone adhesive is best.

Thanks for the advice,

I did try a bit of epoxy on a scrap PCB and failed, In the end i used loctite gel flex and works very well.

I have more Q's but its software related so will make a new topic for it.
