I got a 10 pack of the RGB 2x2mm (https://www.adafruit.com/product/4684) and a 10 pack of the 3.2mmx1.0mm (https://www.adafruit.com/product/4893) to play around with but I quickly realized that there is no way I can use them without attaching a PCB since they are so small. I have a hot air soldering station and some liquid solder I could use but I think I would need to attach those RGB's to a PCB first.
I was wondering if anyone has created, and had custom made, some PCBs to attach these LEDs to?
It would be fantastic if Adafruit offered such a PCB since I would buy those right away.
Has anyone been able to use either/both of those LEDs in any projects?
Thanks!

I do not know about EC3210R. But I have seen many mind blowing projects done with WS2812B neopixel LEDs. Like this one:

It's very true that most people use WS2812B strips. Strips are much easier to use. But you can use individual LEDs too.
