Just some thoughts:
A via is less reliable than a copper track. I would connect the capacitors with vias rather than data lines. If the former fail likely nothing will happen.

Wrapping a flexible board around a cylinder will result in a polygon (straight below stiff components. So you better glue it with double sided tape that is 1-2mm thick (soft).

Consider also coating the assembled board with flexible translucent ??? silicone ???
--> ask supplier

I have no experience with flex PCB in fabrics.

No risk no fun !

One last question I want to ask....

What should be the width of data/clock track for neopixels in flexible pcb?? I have seen normally circuit designers chose 10mils but i have a curiosity to know what if I use 16mil wide data/clock track? Does greater track width sustain long upon stress??

Thanks

The more width the better is it ;
Avoid sharp edges.
good luck!

Round is likely better but not a must. And you may use teardrops from pads / vias to track.
Fix mount flex prints are much less critical than permanently moving arrangements.
go ahead!
