Those are called 'pads', and replacing the ones shown in the photo will be a challenge.

Sometimes you can replace a pad with a small piece of wire, but that won't work in this case. You'd have to use the full-scale rework technique of removing some soldermask around the missing pads, cutting small pieces of copper foil to replace the missing pads and overlap the exposed copper that's still there, gluing the foil to the PCB with high-temperature epoxy, then soldering the foil to the existing traces to make the electrical connections.
