TQFN 12mil trace Question

Post by Hamradio2008 »

Please help, I have found some pretty good drafting film to print my art work on but am seeing a wedge incut on 12mil traces that change direction at 45 degrees. If you look closely at the lower right trace in the picture you can see a wedge of copper into the trace when it changes direction at 45 degrees. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Picture shows resist on board after exposure and devlopment.
