TSOP packages anyone?
given that SOIC has 1.27mm pitch and TSOP has 0.5mm pitch has anyone DIY'ed PCBs for TSOP components? Please if you can pass on any info particularly with positive photoresist process and solder paste application, again I am talking homebrew DIY. Thanks much, Tom

If you're making boards with UV method then just go for it, as long as your printer can handle it!
Pads for a device with a pitch that fine may run together on a toner transfer method which is less than perfect.
As for soldering, a line of paste along the pads should be OK - just don't use too much paste and when you reflow with oven\hot air the surface tension of the solder should prevent any bridges. If you do get some just touch up later.
(Or so I see on some Youtube Videos anyway)
Or you could do drag soldering if you're skilled at that...
