Change in Fusion 360 terms for Hobbyist

by Rscottbutler on Tue Oct 08, 2019 2:30 pm

I just received the attached email from Autodesk. It indicates

Fusion 360 for personal use - Limited functionality for non-commercial, personal use only.

I followed the link but it isn't clear to me exactly what is and is not included. Since most of the 3D models generated by Adafruit use Fusion 360, I would like to know what effect this will have Will new models be generated using only the features included in the personal use version?

Limited functionality might mean they're limited some of fancier tools, for example the generative design and simulation workspace. The rest of the suite should be free to use. We include STEP and STL files along with the f360 so folks have range of 3D software to choose from.
