Unfortunately I received defective item, them screen is working but sensor part of it doesn't! However it was working for half a day and then stopped. Please help

All the touchscreen related connections are good? Nothing came loose? No shorts?

It was working great for half a day, then it stopped for good... I disassembled device 3 times to make sure connection a not loose or shorted but screen never got back to properly working condition :(
