ES120 Typical Failure

by trysten on Mon Sep 20, 2021 10:32 am

After a minute or two of total use (demoing the driver for friends and family), my ES120 failed with the same conditions as many others in the forum. The mechanism is provably intact, as the driver will occasionally make a full revolution before bugging out and stopping. When I attempt to upload new firmware, it copies over fine but crashes/stalls before it signals completion with the .rdy rename. So, what do I do?

(yes, I know how it works. It worked fine for a few uses, then stopped.)

Did you contact service@morningtools.com to see if they had any other suggestions?

Per your suggestion I contacted service@morningstartools.com with details of the issue. After a few emails, they appear to be sending me a replacement. Hooray!
