Microscope LEDs don't turn on

by Schmidtcpt on Mon Sep 05, 2016 6:15 pm

On April 30, I bought a USB, 5mp, microscope, Pid 636, order #1199799-4052602364 I installed it on a Windows 10 computer and used the updated download from the "Learn" page. From the beginning the computer identified the microscope but the LED lights never turned on.

I'm sorry I bought it August 30, not April 30.

I'm sorry, but out return/replace period only runs 30 days.

That's within the return/replace period.

Send a note containing a link to this thread and your order number to support@adafruit.com. The folks there will get you a replacement.
