My Package arrived in Friday, Oct 7, including Ladyada's Tool kit (https://www.adafruit.com/products/136), which includes the DT-9205B+ multimeter.
But I quickly running into issues.
First, it indicates me that battery is almost dead since the first time I powered it on.
I did a few test later on, including turn the knob to the beeping test. I use the two test leads in box, whether using it on the Perma-Proto Board, or simply touch the two leads together, it could work only sometimes, but sually it will not have any beep sound.
It constantly shuts down even during the test.
I do opened it up one time, to see what's going on inside, but I put it back together and did no change.

Also, about the TFP-401 board (https://www.adafruit.com/products/2218), when I hooked it to the RPi3 (Raspbian, 16G MicroSD), and the 5" 40-pin non-touch display (https://www.adafruit.com/products/1680), it seems broken, possibly something wrong with the signal?
-I doubt there's nothing wrong with the cable that I'm using, since I did swap a quiet a few of them, both decoder and the RPi3.
-The Raspbian seems working perfectly. I could barely see the self test on the screen; the display do have response when I moved the mouse.
-I don't think I damaged the 40-pin cable on the display.
-Could be that I missing some important steps?

If there's any information that I missed, I will post them as soon as I can.
