I've already emailed Adafruit for a return, but apparently I am supposed to post to a forum before I can get an RMA issued. So I will reiterate my problem here. I purchased the 9205B multi-meter and it arrived today. I took it out of the box and tested it against a few batteries, resistors, and ac voltage. Batteries / DC always showed between 0 and 1 (tested brand new AA's), resistors always showed 1.0 (tested a 100, 1K, and 5K), and standard 120V AC from the wall read 360V. Amps always displayed 0. My other multi-meter disagrees with these findings.
I'm not sure why this is a forum question and not just a simple return... But I guess that's what you're supposed to do these days.
I would like a return for this item, I've already ordered another multi-meter from another vendor.
