I have a project that must use JST's micro 0.6mm connectors, series XSR. They are insulation displacement connectors for 32 AWG wire. Has anyone used these connectors and a recommendation as to how to attach the wires? I don't want to spend $500+ for a commercial tool. If this is not the right forum to ask the question, where should I go for an answer?
Thanks

Re: Using Micro JST Connectors
If they're insulation-displacement connectors, you just need a punch-down tool. For a small number of wires, you can probably make do with something like a jeweler's screwdriver.
