Order 2 products and the 2 doesn't work !!

I have make order of

- Hakko FX-888D -> will not power on
- Quick 957DW+ -> will power but have burn odour and do not give air also

and the 2 do not work !

What will do ? Send back to you ? Need i pay the shipping cost??

Both of those products are 120v devices they will not work on your 220v electrical system in Belgium. You would need to use a step-down transformer.

From you description, it sounds like the hot-air station is damaged already from the overvoltage.
I'm not sure how the Hakko would handle that condition. I can look into it.

The 120v version of the Hakko uses a different transformer than the 220v version, so yours would have likely overloaded at the higher voltage. It does appear to have a fuse which might have prevented more serious damage. You can try replacing that and see if it works with a proper step-down transformer.

Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on equipment that has been damaged in this way.

The hot air machine when take it out from box is already have burn odour, i know you will not trust me but it is the truth !

technician area we have already transformer on part electrical installation and we use other product with 110-120v electricity.

It is first time i order from your company and i have this all problem ?

we only have 120V versions, if you were using a transformer it would hvae to be a really really large one, not just a plug replacer!
