I use a sheet metal break. But then again, I have access to a machine shop at my university.

Bandsaw is a bad idea for cutting more than the occasional PCB - FR4 is very abrasive and it will eat blades, and eventually bearings as well.
A Sharp large-frame hacksaw, used at a shallow angle to get a straight cut works pretty well, but you will get through blades fairly quickly. But nothing beats a proper shear type cutter.
