I recently purchased an Adafruit 2500 Battery (https://www.adafruit.com/product/328). It has already stopped working. The battery connections on the terminal are loose and one has even come out, so the battery can't power anything (see attached picture). The battery is under warranty. I purchased this from one of your distributors. Please authorize a replacement.

Send it to where you bought them. I know that there is a warranty for that.
