After a minute or two of total use (demoing the driver for friends and family), my ES120 failed with the same conditions as many others in the forum. The mechanism is provably intact, as the driver will occasionally make a full revolution before bugging out and stopping. When I attempt to upload new firmware, it copies over fine but crashes/stalls before it signals completion with the .rdy rename. So, what do I do?
(yes, I know how it works. It worked fine for a few uses, then stopped.)

Per your suggestion I contacted [email protected] with details of the issue. After a few emails, they appear to be sending me a replacement. Hooray!
