I am having the same issues described in multiple other posts:

I have tried updating to the latest firmware (2020.07.22 APP V1.14) and have seen no change in behavior.
Basically, it just stops after a few seconds with almost any load and then every couple seconds will move for about half a second before stopping. After a few rounds of that, it cuts out completely. Screen goes black and cannot wake until connected via microusb.

Re: Defective ES120
This has happened to a few folks - we think it can be fixed with a firmware update BUT we don't have the firmware. Please contact miniwave, we need them to know that you need firmware to fix it - only miniwave have access to a firmware fix!

I can't seem to get that form to work on their site. I have tried disabling my tracking/ad blocking, tried firefox and chrome. It just pops open a red bar with no text and then disappears again. Is this working for anyone else?adafruit_support_carter wrote:This has happened to a few folks - we think it can be fixed with a firmware update BUT we don't have the firmware. It opens just fine. It's just that the submit button doesn't work after I've filled everything out.

@unfrostedrope Some video demonstrating the issue would be greatly useful to help diagnose this. Do you think you could take some and post it up somewhere?
