I thought I'd ask here, since this is recent for me. Does anyone know the locations for the copper switch contacts inside the Extech EX330?
I emailed Extech Service and asked for the switch contact locations inside because I dropped my EX330 and it knocked some of the little copper contacts out of place. There are some extra tabs where they could go. I'm pretty sure I have them in the right locations but the meter still won't function properly. I couldn't believe it, only a 30 inch drop off of my computer desk in the orange holster. I cleaned off some corrosion on some board traces for the buttons, and a couple pins on the main IC. Still bricked.
They answered me the next day, so response was good. But they suggested I open an RMA for $250 so I'll just use it for parts if I can't fix it. Not sure now which new meter to get. Thanks.

Re: Extech EX330 Teardown
Update in case anyone wondered about these contacts.
I located a post with a picture where someone had a different problem. It confirmed my contacts placement, which are in the correct locations.
