Platinum RTD Sensor - PT100 - 3 Wire 1 meter long

I bought this products 3290 that can be used in the environment up to to 550°C
I'd like to know if the 1 m wires are waterproof and maximum resistive temperature of the wires.

My question is about the 1 m 3-wires not about the stainless tube.
Are the wires waterproof? What is maximum resistive temperature of the 3-wire?
