I have been working with the bluefruit, and by following the pin out page on your website I feel as if I have correctly wired the chip. The problem is that it wont pair with anything we try at the moment. I want to know if there is something wrong with my wiring or if i'm doing something incorrectly.

The Pair LED is not lit in your picture. Does it flash at all?
I'm wondering about your power. You seem to be using a couple of diodes? What is your power supply? Also, I don't see any ground connections in the picture.

The LED flashes it was just off when the picture was taken. it is grounded with the orange wire. The diodes are used for a voltage drop to 3V for PB but that is the only thing they are used for. It shows up as pair-able, but it won't connect

Re: Bluefruit EZ-Key wont connect
HI
I am having a problem with my EX key. I have just got it out of the box to start using in a project to make a page turner. I wanted to test the unit would work and link up to my iPad, so I powered it as instructed on the website instruction sections, even using a breadboard, it however won't power up at all and no LEDs light when it is powered or the paring button is pressed. Please help, I was really looking forward to getting this project built
Thanks

Re: Bluefruit EZ-Key wont connect
Here you go. So Its basically just connected up to battery supply, and the battery is new.
