how to change? every point is not same ?

That is the whole point of a touch screen. If every point was the same you could not locate the touch.
or for example X+ and X-, it is the same from bottom to top, only change from left to right

X+ and X- determine the position on the X axis. Y+ and Y- determine the position on the Y axis.

X is the horizontal axis (changes left to right) Y is the vertical axis (changes up/down)

Yes. Like any graphics screen, it uses a Cartesian coordinate system.
