This keyboard arrived today but I can not get it to function. Any advice?
I have tried 2 sets of batteries and I inserted the dongle in two different ports

What computer are you trying and are the ports you are trying USB3 ports? Have you restarted the computer with the dongle plugged in and is there a power switch you haven't turned on yet? (I don't have one here so I'm just putting that out there)

I have rebooted but I still get no response.
A message tells me that the driver has been installed successfully. How can I return the keyboard for a refund?

My computer is an HP Pavillion laptop. The port is a normal USB port. The keyboard shows in my devices, but it does not respond.
