Dry Goods Measuring

by SulersCS on Mon May 02, 2016 3:33 pm

Hi,

I'm trying to find a way to measure a teaspoon/tablespoon of different types of dry goods. I know I can do it using a scale then take the volume of each item being measured, but I'm hoping to find something generic that I can measure based on a per teaspoon. Any help is greatly appreciated...

What is the application? The typical solution for volumetric feeders in industrial applications is an auger screw design. You can calibrate them to determine what volume is moved per auger rotation. Using stepper motors, they can be very precise.
