Hello i want to know how many max neopixels i can run with conductive thread ?

can i run 1000 to 2000 ?

There is no fixed limit. You have to design your stitching to assure adequate current can be delivered to the pixels. This may require multiple strands feeding power to different parts of your circuit.

That all depends on your project. For short runs with few pixels, you can use the 2-ply https://www.adafruit.com/products/640
For longer runs, and/or many pixels, you may need to use the heavier 3-ply https://www.adafruit.com/products/641
Or the conductive yarn: https://www.adafruit.com/products/603

As mentioned earlier, large projects with lots of pixels may require multiple strands feeding power to different parts of your project.
