Re: largest display w arduino?
Is there a specific resolution (minimum or maximum) you were hoping to work with?
Does it matter if the display is a RGB panel or does it need to be a TFT?
You will be limited to a 3.5" TFT 320x480 in terms of plug and play with written guides for Arduino based older controllers.

There are HDMI and DAC hacks to get you into large (think desktop monitors / tvs) using M0, M4 or RP2040 boards.

This probably goes without saying, but if you really want to drive a big screen it would be easiest to use a Raspberry Pi.

Thanks, that’s what I thought. I just don’t want the overhead of running a full OS or the delay in boot up

I certainly understand the desire to avoid running an entire OS and waiting for boot times.
I think the RP2040 HDMI display hack buys you the biggest display option, but it still depends on your content.
