Hi,

We have 4 faulty displays (ID 2423).

1. Backlight does not work
2. Crack in Glass (see photo)
3. Touch does not work
4. Touch does not work

Check that the ribbon cable on the back of the TFT is fully seated and secured:

lol yes you touch it with a finger but with what software? X11? pygame? :) if you swap the pi with a working one does that solve the issue?

With X11.

We sold several 100s of these displays. They work usually fine, but these three do not (the one with the crack works fine, but has a crack). Changing the RPI does not help.

What's next?
