Brighter LED Strip?

I am looking for brighter LED strip between some options below. Analog LED Strip works with 12V supply while Adafruit DotStar/NEO LED strip works with 5v supply. Is that mean Analog LED Strip would be brighter than others?

  • Analog RGBW LED Strip - RGB plus Cool White - 60 LED/m - ~6000K
    Adafruit DotStar LED Strip - APA102 Cool White - 144 LED/m - ~6000K - One Meter
