Hi, this message pertains to the Mini Illuminated Momentary
Pushbutton - Blue Power Symbol 3105, Order number 1735982.
I'm not sure about all the buttons we
purchased, but the ones that I've looked at so far have reversed polarity for
the LEDs from what is spec'd on the datasheet (pin 6 is the cathode and pin
5 is the anode, it's supposed to be the other way around). I even checked it
against some red ones that we bought recently and the red is correct and the
blue is incorrect (they have the same technical spec on the website). We ordered
30 buttons to go on to our PCBs in a specific direction. We are going to
hold on to 5 of the 30, because we absolutely need them for demos right now, but we
would like to return the ones we received for ones that are in the correct
orientation. And is it possible to get a future guarantee on the button orientation? We would like to use this in production as well.

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately. that's the first thing I did. Support said to post my issue into the forum. This is the chain of events so far:

> I sent an email to that email address with my issue.
> They told me to post it in the forum and technical support will be able to handle returns as well.
> I did as they suggested.
> I didn't get a response.
> I emailed them again saying that I didn't get a response.
> They emailed back and said they will have someone respond.
> You responded, but the response I received was to send an email to that email address.

I'm not sure what my next step should be.
