VSYNC and HSYNC not on LCD?

VSYNC and HSYNC not on LCD?

I've been looking at this ultra-wide 800x320 LCD for an RPI project and the pinouts line up exactly except for the fact that it has no VSYNC or HSYNC. Every one of Winstars' LCD in this category has those pins but not this one. It is the WF46ATIATDNNA. Will this work with the TFT-RPI
