Low-functionality RGB LED Panels

This is a hardware question:

I'm looking for LED Panels that can cover the full RGB range of colors, but I only ever need one color at a time. It seems like there are plenty of panels where each LED can be controlled to make sophisticated patterns and pictures, but I'm looking for a panel with lower functionality (and preferably lower cost), that can just do one color at a time, that I can control with an arduino.

Does such a thing exist? Any idea where I can find it?
