The NeoPixel Uberguide suggests use of a 1000uF Cap and 470 Ohm resistor with the Adafruit NeoPixel Digital RGB LED Strip - Black 60 LED - BLACK (PRODUCT ID: 1461). Do these strips come with those two parts and if not do you sell them? If so can you please provide part numbers so I can purchase everything at the same time?

Adafruit carries the Through-Hole Resistors - 470 ohm 5% 1/4W - Pack of 25.
While Adafruit currently doesn't stock this capacitor, Adafruit's friends at Digi-Key can help you out:
Panasonic CAP ALUM 1000UF 20% 6.3V RADIAL
