Component supplier of DotStar APA102 2020

Hi,

I'm building a small batch of differently sized display boards using the Dotstar APA102 2020 but finding my source of LED component quality not the same as the prototypes I created using your DotStar FeatherWing - for instance during power up your LEDs flash much less vigorously and settle very quickly. In the DataSheet posted on the DotStar pages I see it is from http://www.led-color.com is that who you source your LEDs from?

Also generally what are the percentage good yields you're achieving with your 8x8 DotStar and DotStar FeatherWings when they come back from PCBAssembly, do you have to rework/discard any?
