I bought a bunch of screens to test out back in Oct 2018 and have just started to try them out in the past 2 weeks. I am unable to get the displays to work connected to a desktop computer running windows or linux and more importantly not to my Pi 3 B+. The order number is 1876992-3006876102 and I'm running the latest version of Raspbian Stretch. I've switched out power supplies, power cords and tried different hdmi cables working with desktops and monitors.

I've also test the P2109 connected to different systems and they as well as the Pi show the screen is backlight is on, menu works to confirm hdmi is selected but no image at all. The best I've achieved are white scroll lines on the P2260 connected to the Pi and a blank white screen connected to the desktop.

I've tried all the options suggested and even those not in config.txt to no avail. Suggestions?

thanks,

-Ralph

For the PID2260 + Pi, did you go through the following configuration?

Well that did the trick tyvm. I did have to disconnect the 7" screen to make it work, not sure what I did differently this time. Now I see the touch screen activity indicator blink when I touch the screen but cursor doesn't respond. Any thoughts while I dig further into this one?

The touch overlay should just show up as a USB mouse. That happens over the USB cable, not the HDMI cable. So make sure both cables are plugged in.
