HDMI 7" 800x480 Display Backpack Broken on Arrival

Hello!

I received my order (#2085630-0399731883) with a broken HDMI 7" 800x480 Display Backpack - With Touchscreen PID: 2407
I'm definitely interested in a replacement, if that is possible.

Please let me know if you need more information, photos, videos, etc., and what next steps I should take.

If it is useful, the circuit board includes the numbers E239218 in a serif font and then 1911 in a seven-segment style of font.

Yeah, that definitely looks like shipping damage.

Send a note containing a link to this page and your order number to [email protected]. The folks there will get you a replacement display, and may ask some information about the shipping for a claim with the carrier.
