That's probably just viewing the contents of the bundle zip file that you downloaded. Instead of using the command line approach for moving the library files over, try doing things through the graphical interface. So the general process described here:
https://learn.adafruit.com/welcome-to-c ... undle-12-5

You've already downloaded the bundle, so don't need to do that again. You'll have that one window open, and then open another file view window to the CIRCUITPY/lib folder. That way you can just drag the libraries from the bundle folder (the zip file) over to the CIRCUITPY/lib folder.

I tried to drag lib folder to the gemma but there it says there is not enough free space. Two files on gemma M0
backup_code.py 2KB
boot_out.txt 78 bytes.

This is unfortunately a common issue with Mac OSX. It loves to put lots of hidden files in the folder. See if you can follow the info here:
https://learn.adafruit.com/welcome-to-c ... leshooting
on how to fix and prevent it.

Replace folder_to_copy with the actual name of the folder you want to copy.
Replace foo.mpy with the actual name of the file you want to copy.

The commands are only examples and can not be executed exactly as shown in the guide.

the command was suppose to be just:
Code: Select all | TOGGLE FULL SIZE
cd -

You've left out the cd (change directory) command entirely, which will leave you in the wrong directory for the subsequent commands.

Your cp (copy) command is leaving out the source folder (aka, the folder to copy). Do you know the name of the folder you want to copy? That would go here:

The folder is called lib.

Not sure where to put cd (change directory).

mdutil -i off /Volumes/CIRCUITPY
cd /Volumes/CIRCUITPY
rm -rf .{,_.}{fseventsd,Spotlight-V*,Trashes}
mkdir .fseventsd
touch .fseventsd/no_log .metadata_never_index .Trashes

It's the last command in that series, as shown here:
https://learn.adafruit.com/welcome-to-c ... ards-20-39
under Prevent & Remove Mac OSX Hidden Files
Code: Select all | TOGGLE FULL SIZE
    mdutil -i off /Volumes/CIRCUITPY
    cd /Volumes/CIRCUITPY
    rm -rf .{,_.}{fseventsd,Spotlight-V*,Trashes}
    mkdir .fseventsd
    touch .fseventsd/no_log .metadata_never_index .Trashes
    cd -

I think at this point you have run it successfully, so don't need to run it again.

The folder is named lib, but do you know where it is located? It looks like you are still just viewing the contents of the .zip file. You haven't actually extracted the lib folder out yet. Extract it somewhere to your harddrive (not the CIRCUITPY folder). Use the cd command to change to that directory. Then you can try the cp command(s) to copy the folder to the CIRCUITPY folder.
