JST Connector - more information?

by jb332699 on Thu Oct 03, 2019 10:10 pm

I have purchased the Adafruit NeoPixel LED Strip with 3-pin JST Connector (PRODUCT ID: 3919). Can you please tell me more about this JST connector, in particular the series (PH, XA, etc.) and the pitch (1mm, 2mm, etc.)? I want to pair it with a female connector on the end of another wire, leading to another Neopixel LED strip (3919)

This page on wikipedia describes the official JST naming scheme (in particular, PH is 2.0mm pitch): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JST_connector

Thanks - this wikipedia page is very helpful, but I still want to know if Adafruit can tell me which series this three pin JST connector is? IS it PH or something else?
