Display appears washed out

by Rktakahashi on Thu Dec 12, 2019 12:18 pm

Hi!

I am having problems with my recently purchased 10.1" Display & Audio 1280x800 IPS - HDMI/VGA/NTSC/PAL[ID:1694] appearing washed out. I have tried multiple times to adjust the display settings with no avail. I was wondering if it is the connector as it appears shorter then the number of pins on the board. I followed the photo on the website to set it up and no other orientation of the cable seems to be successful.

I have also tried multiple HDMI cables with no luck.

Could you please help me in making this work?
Thank you so much!

Randall

Can I start a return for the screen?

Sorry for delay in getting back to you on this.

From your photos, the display appears connected correctly. What is is the actual video source for the HDMI signal?

I have tried an msi laptop directly and a pc straight from the back of each. They both normally output to monitors with great resolution.

I have already returned this item, by the way.
