Inquiry regarding Product No. 1738

by Akiko1 on Mon Jun 08, 2020 8:30 pm

Dear Stephanie,

Thank you very much for your response of June 4th.

Although we checked http://www.adafruit.com/forums/.as you suggest,we still cannot

find the solution. As I informed you before, our keyboard dose not work with the item number 1738.

Again,we think the trouble comes from drive of Japanese keyboard. We think it is not

US PC104. Do you have a drive software for 1738 keyboard? If so,please send it to

us so that we can try it.

Please respond.

Best regards,

The computer used is HP ProDesk 600G1 SFF.
It's neither a raspberry pie nor a chocolate pie.

When you plug in the USB receiver, how does it show up in Device Manager?

Sorry for delayed response. We are not sure why this keyboard is not working. It should just be a regular keyboard and it has worked fine for us with Win 7 and all other Windows versions tested.

Can you try another computer and see if it works there? If you still can't get it to work then you can email support@adafruit.com and link them to this thread and request a refund.

Reference is #1738 keyboard of the confirmed order No,2345496-3445492460.

Although the mouse can function, @button on the appear row of the keyboard and

others do not appear on the screen even if we push the shift button.

Please advise.
